What to Expect at Your First Visit
We want you to feel as welcome and as comfortable as possible when you visit our animal hospital. More than just medicine, we offer a lasting partnership with you and your pet based on a foundation of trust and open communication. Our veterinarians and team members love what they do, and you’ll see it for yourself the moment you walk in!
If you are new to Best Friends Veterinary Hospital, here are some things to expect when you see us for the first time:
- Upon your arrival, come on in and check in with our veterinary customer service representative at the front desk.
- Our CSR will obtain your pet’s weight, then escort you both into one of our 4 exam rooms.
- Next, a veterinary assistant or veterinary technician will meet with you and your pet to obtain a thorough health history, and learn about what brings you to our hospital.
- After meeting with the veterinary assistant or technician, your vet will come in to examine your pet and address any concerns you may have. Then, your vet will discuss the best treatment plan moving forward.
Note: We are not currently curbside, but if you need assistance with your pet, please call (931) 459-2006 so we can help!
